Trading Club And Managed Accounts By Betting Academy

Thursday, December 27th, 2007

Betting Academy offers horse racing and football betting systems. Most investors won’t be so interested in that however, because following those systems require good amount of time and commitment. Assuming you are busy like me andnot interested in spending much time to earn money, I’d pay attention only to the passive investment opportunities they offer.

The Trading Club

I would call this a “betting club”, but since they have another service with such name, they have called it a trading club. This club provides exactly what people like you are probably searching for - investment in horse racing without the need to place the trades yourself.

Two Weeks With Millennium Traders Forex Signals - First Impressions

Friday, December 14th, 2007

The reason to publish this review about Millennium Traders in October was because I signed up for their trial and was nicely impressed. At that time there were many reasons I was not able to continue after the trial. But, as you know, trial with demo account is one thing, paid signals with real account is completely different one.

Since there is affiliate link in both articles I decided I should take the responsibility to test better their service and put my money where my mouth is.

So I went ahead and subscribed for their real signal service at the end of November.

Well, the good news is there are more options to invest your money for high returns. Futures and Options trading can bring great returns (and great losses of course) with reasonable risk. How reasonable exacty is questionable, but I would say it’s more reasonable than in Forex. Enough poetry, see what I have found for you.

DEV Managed Forex - Moderate Performance, 5K Minimum

Wednesday, November 21st, 2007

Since few months I am observing the performance of a managed account known as “DEV”. It’s managed by a trader from Boston who’s said to have 16 years of experience.

You can find the full details about this service at Managed Forex Pro

There are very few managed account which accept only $5,000 and at the same time the trader knows what he/she is doing. At least based on the results, DEV seems to be pretty safe - as long as this can be said for forex trading.

I don’t have experience with this service. If you are already using it, please share.

A complex signal service for day trading, swing trading and futures

Wednesday, November 7th, 2007

I saw this link on a forum where a guy claimed that earning more than 6% monthly by trading is something normal. I am quite suspicious to such bold claims so I wanted to carefully check it.

SwingTrades really looks good at first (and second) look. It’s a service offering signals for Swing Trading, Day Trading and Futures. There is an additional “Day Limited Trading” offer that is same as the Day Trading signal service with some restrictions (and lower price).

A couple of aggressive mutual funds at your attention

Wednesday, November 7th, 2007

Some time ago I wrote about few Bulgarian mutual funds (Capman for example), but I understand you could have some concerns investing in Bulgaria if you are not familiar with the country.

Have you heard about Pioneer Investments? They are one of the most popular mutual funds company in the world. I am not saying they are the best, not at all. In fact most of their mutual funds don’t perform better than average and their fees are kind of high.

But there are a couple of funds which may catch your attention:

Best Trading Systems Managed Forex Accounts

Thursday, November 1st, 2007

Best Trading Systems is a German managed accounts service. It is in some way related to FXFareast that I wrote you about a month or so ago. I signed LPOA for Alexander Kim, the trader of FXFareast, so this is how I know this.

The Best Trading Systems site is updated relatively regularly, but I have experienced some troubles getting reply to some of my email inquiries (well, I am often asking too much so that might be the reason).

There are two systems offered, both with only $5,000 minimum:

Ever tried horse laying?

Thursday, November 1st, 2007

If you have not tried, you are probably asking yourself what the heck is that.

In the standard betting you usually bet on the horse which will win. Of course there are favorites and all that, but still your odds are one to many.

With horse laying you place your bet on the outcome where the horse is going to lose the race. Of course, considering how many horses compete, there is quite big chance that your guess will be right.

You can see this explained better at Horse Layer website, the service that I am presenting you today.

The mutual funds can also be hot

Wednesday, October 31st, 2007

Most people invest in the closest to them and easiest to find mutual funds.

This is bloody stupid.

If you live in USA for example you are lucky if your mutual funds achieve 15% yearly ROI.
People are just too lazy, they invest in the first fund they saw and then complain for the low ROI.

The mutual funds which invest in countries with matured economy usually can’t achieve very high results. As most mutual funds don’t speculate, but invest, they can not profit much more than the major indexes.

Swing signals for busy mates

Wednesday, October 31st, 2007

Many of the high risk investors are not very familiar with the possibility to use swing trading signals and make passive profits.

The problem with the standard day trading signals is most of them require you to spend quite some time on the PC. Most of us prefer to invest in markets which don’t eat so much of our time.

The Swing trading signals are much more appropriate for busy people. Essentially swing trading means to hold smaller number of positions for longer time (more than one day).
