		<description>I think its a mix. You need to combine learning by thinking and learning by doing.

If it&#039;s all doing, the doing will be uninformed by theory and thus the actions taken will not be flexible enough (because we all have a limited set of experiences). If it&#039;s all thinking, the theory will be uninformed by real world tests.

I say learn a bit from books and then test it. Or learn a bit by doing and then go to books to get a broader perspective.
